so... this just happened....

... aka 'the time i went to work and came home with a kitten' ... aka 'the first step toward cat ladydom'

my rescued kitten in her top-notch accommodations in the front office. 
some of our sixth grade kids were messing around with her in front of the school. no bueno. (also, sixth graders are evil in so many ways...) i decided to take her home where she won't have to worry about those hormonal/ridiculous devils.
our registrar rescues animals like it's her second job so she has her all set up in her office with food, water, and kitty litter.  yes, she left school to pick these things up immediately for my new kitten! i work with the best people ever!
so here's the thing: i know nothing about cats or kittens
what i do know: she is exactly like me.
she eats and goes to sleep afterwards she likes the finer things in life (HELLO! feather boa bed, anyone?) she drinks water like her camel-esqe mommy
i will have more on her later once i actually get to take her home tonight.

... like the fruit. i don't know why either. ♥
