Wednesday Workout Link-Up: Pilates

starting a new weekly link-up for us bloggers who are trying to get fit!
i've been looking for a really good work-out that will help me learn to control my breathing so pilates was a natural choice. not only does it help with oxygen flow, but it also strengthens your core, and creates the perfect pre-sleep mellow that is all-too-perfect for an insomniac like myself!

this is my goal for my next vaca!
i did mine at sunrise to prep for mediation, and felt completely strong, centered, and focused.

    Pilates is one of my favorite classes at the gym. It is a great way to wind down too!
