where i've been spending a lot of time lately!
listening to | "all of the people" x panama wedding
penning | a thank you note to my instructional coach who played such a monumental role in making this year my best year in the classroom. i truly love and value her like a big sister and mentor.
practicing | intuitive and mindful eating. i know that these are the keys to my lifelong battle with food and weight.
reading | the dante club by michael pearl. if you read and loved inferno in high school like i did, this one is for you!
thinking about | how much freedom i will attain when i have completely paid off my debt. i can't wait until i can earn lots of travel points so i can get lost whenever i want to, go to concerts and festivals whenever i want to. i can't wait until i don't have to hold my breath every time i check my account balance.
last week's progress:
1. get more active in the "bigger" blog community.
2. put away my christmas tree.
3. finalize my goals for may.

this week's wishes:
i want to continue to make progress towards my goals for may!
1. hang up/put away my laundry.
2. write seven thank you notes to students or staff members.
3. spend 5 minutes each day cleaning my apartment.
4. start strong on the 21-day intuitive eating challenge!
5. complete the daily 30-day beach body challenge workout.
